Deletes a user. The collections/assets/mediafiles of the user will not be deleted. This means that as long as there are objects belonging to the user, the user will appear in the /user [GET] lists. If the user must be deleted everywhere, you must change the owner of these objects first.

This call needs EGA authentication.
